Founded in 1982, Clear-flow Ltd has been looking after the sewer and drainage networks for over 38 years. We are renowned for operating the most comprehensive fleet across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, offering our customers a complete and cost-effective service solution.

Today, with a turnover in excess of £6.8 million, our business specialises in both the commercial and domestic markets. We have a broad range of blue chip customers and are framework suppliers to the local water authority. Our head office is based in St Day Cornwall, with additional depots located at Newton Abbot and Yeovil. We also strategically retain vehicles throughout the region, allowing us to respond promptly wherever our customers’ requirements may arise. Our core service provision includes general tankering, the emptying and maintenance of septic tanks, CCTV surveying and reporting, drain clearance and repair, sewer cleaning and high-pressure water jetting. We are one of the few companies to operate ‘Recycler’ jetting tankers, which are designed to recycle and reduce the volume of water used and maximise time on site. Furthermore, we also utilise Liquid Ring Technology within our tanker fleet, enabling us to provide the foremost service in deep lift operations in the South West region.

As an organisation, it is part of our strategy to strive to continually develop our systems, information technology and equipment, in order to remain one of the leaders within our industry. This in turn ensures that our customers continue to receive both professional and fully compliant services, supported by quality data provision and clear auditable processes. For customers we offer free of charge access to our customer portal so job detail and compliance information can be easily and conveniently accessed on line. This innovation won us the Best Use of Technology Award in the Somerset Business Awards 2019.
